Our Installation Process
Site evaluation and soil review, system design to Florida Department of Health standards, permitting, excavation, tank and drain field installation, inspection and final grading. You deal with one company from the first call to the final inspection.

High water tables and sandy soil call for the right design. We install conventional, chamber and mounded systems, plus pump and lift stations where elevation requires them.

Once permitted, most residential installations are complete within a week. Permitting time varies by county workload.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. LCI manages the entire permit and inspection process with the health department.
Can you replace a system without ruining the yard?
We keep the excavation to what the design needs, protect existing landscaping where possible and grade and seed on completion.
