Signs of Drain Field Failure
Standing water or unusually lush grass over the field, sewage odors outside, slow drains throughout the house after a recent pump-out, and backups during heavy rain. High water tables in Jupiter Farms and Tequesta make wet-season failures common.
Repair or Replace
Some fields recover after pumping, restoring the distribution box or repairing a crushed line. Fields that are biologically clogged or undersized need replacement. We test and tell you honestly which one you have.
Drain Field Installation
We design to Florida Department of Health requirements, handle permitting, excavate with our own equipment, install chamber or pipe-and-stone systems and mounded systems where the water table requires, then grade and restore the site.
FAQ
Drain Field Repair & Replacement: common questions
How long does a drain field last?
Twenty to thirty years is typical with regular pumping. Neglected tanks push solids into the field and shorten that dramatically.
How long does replacement take?
Most residential drain field replacements are completed in two to four days once permits are issued.
Can I plant over the drain field?
Grass only. Tree and shrub roots damage drain lines and are a leading cause of failure.

John T with LCI is amazing. Great customer service and quick response. Very thorough explanation of the issue and how to fix it. Upfront with the cost and great pricing compared to other companies in the area. Would highly recommend. Used for septic drain field replacement and jetting of whole house plumbing.
Had issues with my drain field over the weekend called the emergency line and they were able to come right out and fix it.
